I had a crown placed on one of my teeth recently and I immediately could tell my retainer no longer fit. I called around to collect information and ended up making an appt. with this office. Dr. Mazurek took a look at my retainer, made an adjustment within a minute, and all of a sudden it fit again. I was beyond grateful and impressed. Thank you, Dr. Mazurek!

Had a sharp wire slicing up my cheek. My orthodontist is an hour and a half away, this wonderful office got me in for an appointment in just a couple of hours to help take care of me. Dr. Schiro and her staff are wonderful! They made my boys feel so welcome and comfortable! We are just getting started with orthodontic treatment but after interviewing several orthodontists, I can say I was most impressed with the care and detail that Dr. Schiro took in making her assessment and treatment recommendations. She also took the time to listen to my son and his own concerns which makes him feel more comfortable about the whole process. Their new office is very nice and has a great view!

Dr. Schiro and her team run an incredible practice. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and professional. I'm not sure anyone likes going to the orthodontist, but they do their best to make everything pleasant and fun. Highlands Ranch Orthodontics is awesome! The staff is all super kind and helpful. We really appreciate their early morning before school hours so the kids don’t have to miss class to go to appointments. They meet with you up front and explain the whole treatment plan and all of the costs so there are no surprises. This office is excellent and I would highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Schiro and the staff here at Highlands Ranch Orthodontics!! From helping me through navigating a very confusing and frustrating insurance situation, to comforting my son who doesn’t tolerate discomfort well - everyone has been so patient, kind, encouraging, and supportive! The office is gorgeous and clean, and the team is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well informed - I’ve even received after hour calls from Dr. Schiro, just wanting to check in on my son (he did not enjoy getting impressions taken earlier in the day 😆). And I can’t forget to mention one of my favorite parts about this office…. Culper!!!! The sweetest, most gentle doggy, who was instrumental in calming my son’s nerves (and selfishly I love the cuddles)! I’m so thankful to have found an orthodontist and staff that genuinely cares about their patients, and I highly recommend this office for any and all ortho needs!!

Very good experience. Dr Schiro is knowledgeable and kind. She spent a lot of time explaining her findings and was easy to understand. The office staff is also really nice and was great with communication and answering all of my questions.

Cannot say enough great things about this office and staff. We have our 2 boys there as patients and not only is their work superb, they go above and beyond. Their attitudes and positive vibe make visits a pleasurable experience. If you’re shopping for an orthodontist, stop here, you will not find a better office.
